An exceptional animal park south of Poitiers

During a weekend with the children, you will come face to face with the greatest diversity of bonobos available in France. It is an ideal place for a family walk with more than 400 animals and a picnic in the heart of a wooded park between Poitiers and Angoulême.
The park covers an area of 16 hectares of natural surroundings and trees, which has earned it a worldwide reputation. The monkeys come in all sizes and colours and live freely on islands, without cages or fences. Children can wander around and observe them up close: you are on their territory! Among all the species in the park, you can admire the largest group of gorillas in France and the only bonobos in the country! For the lucky ones, attend the feeding sessions that take place regularly throughout the day. The exceptional living conditions of the primates have allowed more than 700 births since the creation of the park in 1998!
